i dont have web access on my phone but is it possible that you can get free ringtones from a website without having web access

    the best one out there and FREE.

    You can make your own ringtones from mp3 files.

    Try it, if it works , great, if not then you know you can't have it texted to your phone, the easiest thing you can do is download the ringtone and transfer it with a cable (if you don't have internet)
