How can I find out just who visits our company website?

Your best bet is to install Google Analytics on your site.  It's free and pretty amazing in terms of seeing who has visited, for how long and more.

Google Analytics won't give you specific information about who is visiting your site and what they're doing, but it will give you pretty good general traffic information. If you want more detail, try www.getclicky.com. It's very inexpensive, and has a friendly (yet powerful) interface.
