Website where you get reimbursed for gaining product knowldge?

So a freind told me about a website, where if you work retail (Futueshop, Bestbuy, Staples, etc.) you can go online to the site, sign-up and basically take in product knowldge by different manufacturers (Microsoft, Logitech, etc) and upon completion of each, you get coupons and gifts from the manufacturer.

Does anyone know of this?
