Websites for help with writting/creative writting?

i am looking for websites for my husband, he is an aspiring writter. he currently has a few books in progress( he has a bad habit of starting and not finishing) he would like a website to guide him as far as structure etc., maybe a blog or something where other writers or publishers can read parts of his work to critique him would be good. any and all websites relating to this would be awesome, thanks!

There are lots of helpful sites offering help with every avenue of the writing process. I maintain a writer's blog as well as a web site with tons of links I found helpful. I included an area for publishing, marketing, markets, tips/prompts, and more.
