Websites for making graphics PLEASE HELP

I need to know some websites that I can make graphics on ( you know like take pictures and add struff to them like animation and stuff like that.) Thank you so much! I've already tried www.piZap.com and www.phixr.com are there any other sites like that? I would prefer something I don't have to download or pay for. Thanks!

  1. Most you must pay for. Why don't you make them yourself? Get GIMP free graphics maker and maybe microsoft gif animator for animations and make them yourself. good luck
