Websites for photo re -sizing?

does anyone no of a web site that resizes images as pictures i take from my mobile phone are too large on my lap top and just look like blurred images ,,, thank u x

Hi, go to the serif free software site and download Photoplus

you can do all sorts of things to pictures with it.

I Use ACDSee V7.0 to resize photos/images of all kind, you can also use Adobe Photoshop for this purpose.

You can't 'unblur' photos very successfully,  you can do it well with cartoon images (http://vectormagic.com/), and you can try with photos.
