i have my 1st interview in a few days for childcare at a nearby YMCA. i need to know what questions to expect. also how early should i arrive? any other suggestions would be nice as well.

think about these question why do you want to work here -I love kids and think i have the qualities to do this. question2 do you have patience where have you worked before do you have any experience with children? The biggest question EVER why should i hire you... because i know i can do the job it's something i love and i know i can do it.When your there you will know what to do
