Websites that let you make your own animations?

i would love to start making those little clips that just play over and over

you see them on photobucket and ppls myspaces ya know?

are there any websites that let you make them for free or something?

lol ~ u make them with a program , not a website :D

i make mine with photoshop CS3~ lolol

u get the frames of a the clip u want , and them put it to action ...

its kinda hard to explain , using photoshop would be kinda hard for u , so try googling for a program , try~ Animator or Gif maker :D
