Websites with ideas for teaching English as a Second language?

Hi

My boyfriend's nephew is 6 years old and had been learning SOME english before the collapse of Nova. He can't speak fluently but knows some words and very simple phrases. I promised I'd give him a few lessons during my visit to Japan (in June) but I don't have creative ideas to help him learn. Does anyone have any websites with creative games or lessons for teaching English to a 6-year old? I'm a public school teacher so I have some resources but I don't deal with elementary school kids or ESL.
