Wedding Dress Dilemma. What is your opinion?

Question

About me. I'm 5'7, size 12 with red hair and hourglass shape. I'm going go with an ivory colored dress.

I've tried all of these dresses on and like them all! I need help choosing which one.

all 3 are gorgeous, for me, I'd go with the first if those were my choices.

btw. I am normally not a fan of lace. In fact, normally I find it so ugly but on that dress I think it is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!

i love number 2 its very pretty, i dont know where you live but i have a designer gown that i cant fit and its gorgeous email me if you want to see pics. its new with the tags, i had to buy a new one for my wedding its in 18 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! congrats!!

I like the first one the best

And I also like the third one.

Theres nothing wrong with the second, but i think the others are more special

i would go with the first one. the second has horizontal lines across the midsection which will only make your stomach look wider. and the third has a line that goes right along your hips which will only make your hips look wider.

plus the first is gorgeous!

1st or 3rd

I had the same problem.  I had a friend take a snapshot of me in all of the dresses I tried on (163!!!) and that helped me to make a decision.  Going back to a website of a model whose shape is not exactly the same as mine was not helpful for me.  Good luck!!  And when you decide, get rid of the other pictures!!  I made the mistake of going back and looking through mine once I had made my deposit.

None of them are particularly my cup of tea.  I suppose I like the second one the best though.  However, this decision is too important to trust to strangers.  I suggest you ask the opinions of people who have actually seen you in them.

i love the first two, the 3rd is my least favorite....

i like the vintage feel of the first one, the lace is beautiful, but the 2nd one is so unique and with the center ruffling (for a lack of a better word) would be very slimming.....

The first one would fit your frame really well.  I like the pattern on it better than the third as well.  I really don't like french buttons so would stay away from the second one, personally.

Dress #1.  Though all are gorgeous, I think #2 and #3 are more elaborate...so keep your whole wedding style/vision in mind too.  I can see #1 worn for a beach wedding, but not #2 and #3.

I love the Casablanca dresses. I tried on 2 and 3 and dress 2 has a lot of material. It is plain. Has a gorgeous back, but the big cumerbund thing is kind of weird looking after awhile. The bridal consultant told me it is a popluar dress, though. The material has like a "cross grain" patter in it.

Dress 3 is a princess dress. I loved it but thought that because I am in my 30's I was too old for the fluff. It looks so much prettier in person than in the pic. It has a lot of sparkle.  I think it would be very flattering on any figure. ( I wear a 6 /8 in this brand and am 5'8") My mom said I looked like the good witch from wizard of oz in that dress.

I think I like dress 1 the best. It looks like it would be figure flattering.

But really, you have to go try them on and see what looks good on you.

I like both dress 1 and dress 2- very nice!

From the pictures, I would probably go for dress 2- I think the rouching around the waist would look great on your hourglass figure, drawing attention to your small waist.

However, I think it would be best if you tried them on and took pictures to see which one looked the best on you- rather than the models. It's difficult to tell what the material is like in dress 2 from the picture as well.

it depends on how you are planning to wear your hair. 1st one if you are wearing your hair down. do you have a lender long neck? or is it short  or is it short and thick? if you have heavy hips either dress would be fine. if you are really busty i would stay away from dress #2. dress #1 is beautiful for a nice slender neck. they are all beautiful. if you have a short neck  i would definately get dress #1 and wear your hair up if your neck is short.

For me it would be a toss up between 1 and 3 (I really dont like 2...I hate that fabric...looks cheap to me and very plain)  now between 1 and 3...I fidn 3 to be more dressy then 1 so if you are having a very fancy, elegant wedding then I would go with 3.  If you are going for an elegant look, bu tnot over the top then I would go with 1.  both are lovely though.
