I am having a themed weddding. Hollywood glam, vintage style! I found the most fantastic authentic vintage dress but it's toooo expensive. How do I get the dress I want? Is there somewhere i can take a picture to and say "make me this"?

Check with a local seamstress.  Some of them are pretty talented.

Also, http://www.juliusbridal.com does custom "knock-off" work and is pretty well priced.  I have heard of other brides using them and being very satisfied.  They don't fully advertise it on their site, but if you contact them, they can work with you to customize a dress.
