I am having these wedding favor jars for my wedding favors....My colors are ivory satin and champagne.

The sticker I will be using is ivory. What kind of candy should I use to fill these jars that will look nice and elegant? White Jelly Belly's? White M&M's? Jordan almonds? Butter Mints?

  1. butter mints and jelly bellies.cute jars.

  2. Variety is always nice becuase people like different things, maybe fill some with one kind that others with a different kind

  3. for my moms wedding she picked out these gourmet jelly beans that were really cool looking. I don't know where she got them but everybody thought they were a cool idea.

  4. How about a nice mix of all the candies you mentioned?  I think White on white candies are very elegant indeed, and that way you have a little something for everyone.  For instance, I'm not a huge fan of Jordan almonds, but I love M&M's so much that they're actually a huge part of my wedding decor!  (Trust me, it looks a lot less tacky than it sounds, LOL.)  Just make a list of all the white candies you like, and the wider the variety, the better.  But I wouldn't include any mint candies, because the mint smell/taste tends to overpower the rest of the mix and make all the candy taste a little minty.

  5. You can get customized M&Ms made and they come in a "wedding" colour pack that contains white, ivory/cream and silver.  I think that would look good.  If you go to the website you can choose any colour you want, they have ton (more than you can buy in a store), so if you just wanted white and ivory that would look good!

  6. In my opinion Jordan almonds will probably look the most elegant, BUT more people will probably like the m&m's, butter mints or Jelly Belly's.

  7. Since your colors are ivory and champagne I think chocolate candy would be really pretty. You could use an ivory sticker like your are planning to fill the jars with some sort of chocolate candy and finish it all with a small champagne colored bow.

  8. butter mints is the best choice

  9. Butter mints are a traditional wedding candy. Personally I would go to mm's website and see what all custom colors they offer, and now you can get words and pictures printed on them. Most people would prefer mm's or jelly bellys (when i think of jelly bellys i think of little kids) I personally did Hershey kisses.

  10. Definitely M&M's.  Do a couple colors (if they have them in your colors) for variety.

Mini snowcaps might have a nice contrast in the jars too.

  11. Use all four

  12. I think you should go with the champagne color if you can find it, otherwise white candy is also pretty. Maybe a combination of the Jordan almonds and the M&Ms since the sizes and tastes would work pretty well together.
