Wedding Hair help, How does this sound?

Ok, so I am getting married next summer. My hair is about shoulder length but I want a clean full updo. The dilemma is that I am leaving for my honeymoon two days after the wedding and I don't have a perm in my hair. I am thinking that I can have track sewn in but leave the edges out. Wedding day it can all be pressed and styled--wonderful...not for the honeymoon I will be swimming a lot which won't make those edges happy but I figure when I swim I can wear a cute scarf or something. In the evening when I want to go out I can press it.

scarves are such a great way to accessorize.  I love the orange one it would be great for the Caribbean.  It looks to me like you solved your problem.  Congrats by the way
