Wedding Reception in NYC???

Question

My sister is getting married in Harlem in February. I'm looking for a place to have the reception, preferably already decorated. Top preference would be a restaurant or hotel, but the prices are ridiculous! We're still in college so it's gotta be reasonable. Any suggestions helpful. Thanks!

Try this restaurant.  Its in Long Island City Queens, but its the first stop on the 7 train from Grand Central.  Its by the water so its really nice.  I go there every single year for my b-day

reasonable?.....in nyc?......

well...my brother is a limo driver and he does about 50-75 wedding a year...and it is quite expensive for a decent reception.

Honestly, try NJ.  They making just about everything in NY unaffordable, so if we can barely afford to live here, i guarantee any luxuries such as this will be BEYOND unreasonable.  Good luck.
