Wedding Shower gift ideas?

For my future sister in-law's bridal shower we are supposed to each bring two gifts that together make something (one for the bride and one for the groom). For example, a pot and the lid. I am drawing a blank and I want to come up with a really cute idea. Any good ideas?

If you have a favorite recipe (or one of those great family ones) you can give one the pan needed to bake it, and the other one all the ingredients.  Then to both of them you can give the recipe.

A book about what wine goes with which food and a nice bottle of wine.

I saw these really cute socks. One says Bride in pink letters in white and the other says Groom in black with white letters. Bride and Groom Socks. How about coffee with a sleep mask that says "Wake me for coffee".

I'll go through my own registry, and see if there are gifts that could be split up for you!!

You could bring a picture of the couple as one gift, and a frame as the other.  Young married couples can't get enough pictures in their homes!

You could bring a lamp and a lamp shade.

A bed spread and sheets.

A coffee pot and it's base.

Coasters and coaster holder.

A spice rack and the spices.

I hope some of these are good ideas!!
