I need help finding how to perform a wedding ceremony. I'm getting married next month and the chaplain that is goign to marry us just married our friends yesterday. I didn't like the things he said. So i wanted to find something i can print out that he can say.. does anyone have any ideas where i can find some different options for that?

  1. You have to go to the chaplain ahead of time, and discuss this, explain what you want said and not said. You can discuss writing your own vows and your wife to be or husband to be can do the same. For the sake of your guests, keep it brief and to the point whatever your vows may be.

Ask the chaplain to perform a simple exchange of vows ceremony and there you are.

remember you can also write your own vows.

  3. Well there is always the idea of writing your own vows. It's really special, saying your own words to that special someone. It's really heartwarming, and it will be something they can remember from now until "death do y'all part." Another idea is watch some of the wedding shows they air on television. They are always coming up with different and unique ways for weddings. Maybe you might be able to come across one that's right for you..
