Wedding colors...beach theme.?

Question

ok so here's the deal: my fiance and i are getting married next summer. we're getting married on the beach in the sand. the colors i have in mind are this: a very green turquoise, ivory/light peach, light blue/mid-tone blue. my dress is a very simple flowy ivory almost champagne color. bridesmaid's dresses could be any of the colors except ivory. what do you think about the colors?? any suggestions or other color variations you would suggest?

I recently attended a wedding with a beach theme.  It was really well done and well decorated.  The table linens where a medium-warm beige and the napkins were more of a mid-tone, almost a slate blue.  It was nice.  The bride also used whites, creams and ivories for her bouquet.

You're colors sound great. Don't forget to dress your guys. I like the idea of a beige or light grey suit for a beach wedding.

i like light blue, kind of light oceany, that would be beautiful. and i would do flowy dresses for the bridesmaids or short flowy dresses, instead of tight ones to be kind of relaxed.

I like the blues. Makes you think of the water... you could use a light tan, or light pastels.
