  1. ***I think you might have a buyer!! This is such a gorgeous dress! I live in Southern California, Gardena to be specific. How much are you selling it for? And what size is it?

  2. Maybe you can have it died ivory, or maybe you can take the store to small claims court because they didn't give you what you ordered and now they won't refund your money (that sounds illegal to me, but I'm not a lawyer).

  3. Wonderful dress, id complain to the manager though. Your paying for something that you didnt want. Totally not cool!

  4. I think you have recourse.  Don't pick up the dress and file a complaint with Consumer Affairs in your area.  If you paid by credit card, inform the credit card company of your problem that the dress came in in a color that you did not select and the bridal store will not do anything about it or give you a refund on your deposit. They will inform bridal store of your dissatisfaction and will hold your payment of $500 outstanding until it is resolved. You could also take out a summons in Small Claims Court for the amount and believe me, you will win this fight...they should have given you your money back as they made the mistake.  Don't pick up the gown....try these avenues first.  Good Luck

  5. If you order the ivory one and they gave you a white one instead. They should be nice enough to give you the one you want since the dress is the most important thing at your wedding. The dress you pick is wonderful. I think you should call the store manager. Tell the manger you are going to talk to the Better Business Bureau.. If they do not do anything maybe the lawyers should come involved.

  6. Wow, how unfortunate because it is a gorgeous dress, but I don't blame you at all for wanting white!!

Try to put it up on ebay.  You may have to take a LITTLE bit of a loss, but at least you'll get most of your money back.  That, or put an add in your church bulletin if they'll let you.  This usually works pretty well.

  7. That dress is gorgeous. I dont need a dress yet though or I would def. consider!
