Wedding gift Problem...

Question

My mom/ dad's co worker is getting married. The most my mom wants to spend on the gift is $60. Should she buy seperate gifts? one coming from her and one from my dad? or should she buy one gift and give it from both of them.

If they are invited as a couple, one gift from both of them is best.  After all, they are married, not just dating.

The gift should come from both if they are a couple.  If your Dad is buying also, put them together.

the best a cupple can get serously is a gift voucher to a homewear shop for that amount! then they can choose the thing that they really need and suits their intervidual style. gift voucher all the way! i got alot at my wedding but the best was not in a big box it was in a card! i brought what i needed!

One gift is plenty isn't it? And isn't your mom/dad's money together? If they have a budget they should stick to it and I'd bet she knows what's best.

There is a lot of things you can buy with 60 dollars

like candles, plates, photo frames.. etc.

so sure she can use one gift,, they'll get a lot gifts anyways and won't notice who's gift is the best

I think just one gift would be appropriate.  There are a lot of very nice things you can get for $60.

one gift from both. my sister and her boyfriend gave me one gift from both of them. my 5 year old nephew had also made my two separate cards one saying I love you aunt and one to my husband saying I love you my new uncle.
