Wedding gift for my boss's 84 yo father's marriage?

What should I get? Should I get them anything? I have worked here 20 years. There isn't going to be a wedding, just a marriage ceremony at his church - no audience. Send a card?

Then it can be money or a gift certificate to a nice resteraunt or something.
