Wedding halls/ banquest halls in toronto?

having a wedding need some good hotel's banqest halls etc for wedding

Sunnybrook Estates, The Doctor's House, the Great Hall at U of T, St. Lawrence Hall...These would be some lovely spots that provide an environment that says that it is an occasion.

I am a former chef and worked for a number of Toronto Hotels, I would determine the date and then sit down with the Catering Managers of a say 3-4 hotels and see what they will give and if your date is available.

Since they charge for the hall, the staff and a price per plate for the meals, you should look at a wedding reception for say 200 being around a combined hall, staff and meal to be between $6000-8000, and that also depends if you have a sweet table or a late night buffet or meal like sandwiches most now have either appetizers or a late meal, but it is not nessessary.

Set a budget for the reception and shop around it is the best way to get a good deal and save the aggrevation of being overcharged.
