ever thought of having a cup-cake mountain? they are modern, fun, far cheaper and can be designed in all forms and colours to sut your colour and theme

As for the invitation,more people do their own handmade ones on computer, its cheaper and more personal, if your no good at it im sure a friend who is good at art and crafts will be happy to help out

Hi, go to your local supermarket and look through the magazines on weddings, ( you don't have to buy them ) this will give you a few ideas.

Can you give us a little more?  Colors, theme, location, your personal style, etc.  You can always go to some wedding sites and start from there...like the Knot.

have you chosen a colour scheme? if not do so then it's got the ball rolling, your stationary ideally would have some relevance to your colour scheme.

the cake size is depending on amount of guests and budget, 3 tiers is classic have a little think about filling, do you like fruit cake or why not (if you go with three tiers) have the most popular filling for the large tier and least popular for the smallest e.g. small tier; fruit filling, medium tier; sponge cake large tier; chocolate cake.

OR have a selection of cup cakes arranged on a tiered cake stand incorporating colours from your colour scheme that will be in your flowers, button holes and bridesmaid and page boy outfits.
