Wedding in India?

Hi, does anyone know what documents I need to marry my boyfriend in India as I am foreigner. Many thanks.

Just as in the U.S.,

1.  you get a license (you might need your passport to prove who you are),

2.  have a ceremony,

3.  sign the license-with witnesses;

4.  the license is then filed with the authorities.

5.  You or your husband should receive the original license to keep.
