HI, I never answered any of your questions, but CONGRATS, and Good LUCK. Remember, "The wedding is only one day, but the marriage is for life." If something goes wrong, go with the flow, no-one but you will know anything happened that you did not plan.  Try to have fun, and make sure you eat  your own cake!
