Wedding video filmed in night vision?

Our wedding was last week here in Atlanta. A friend said he would film it for us. When we got home and watched the footage, it was filmed in night vison mode. There is NO color. It looks really bad. Can this be fixed? I can't seem to find anyone who knows.

But hey, just an idea...why don't you divorce your babe and marry him again... and this time, the memories will be recorded perfectly.

There is no inexpensive or easy way to fix it. It is what it is. The color information is not on the video so there is nothing to recover.
