  1. sand play

  2. If you just want one get the Titelest vokey spin milled.  I switched from Ping wedges last year and gained alot of control every where.  (I now have a TVSM in 52 and 58)  That d**n 58 will back it up with a full swing, I had to learn to control it, even with a semisoft ball.  Right up around the green they seem to not roll as far as my pings as well, allowing me to make more dead aim shots with little concern for how far it would roll.  I have never played the other wedges, but I can tell you titlest Vokeys are played far more often than anything else and there is a reason.  If price is a concern look at the nike wedges.  They are cheaper and I have heard they have alot of bite.

  3. hi i have a 60 deg wedge in ben hogan great all round club throws them up high and soft or lower with plenty of spin also great in the bunkers

  4. i changed from clevland to titleist vokey.  the titleist are more solid on full shots and have great control all around.  see golf digests hotlist for more info:  http://www.golfdigest.com/equipment/2007...

  5. The only way to find out what works for you is to try them.

The Titleist Vokey range (SM or not) generally come out on top of these discussions, and they're probably the most popular amongst the pros, but some people prefer other brands.

  6. I'm with johndpat, without reservation I recommend the Titleist wedge, the Bob Vokey model, it's fantastic.
