Weed and blood test?

ok i got a blood test on monday and the results should come tomarrow i got a blood test to check for chrones disease. i smoked weed a few days before so i bet itll come up. my question is will the doctor tell them that ive smoked even though its off subject?

it depends if it was a specific or comprehensive blood test

if comprehensive, it might show up

but i think in most cases, drug testing costs more and has to be specifically requested

p.s. once after an injury i had my urine tested for traces of blood.  i had gotten high the previous day, and nothing came up in the test
