Weedwhacker?

trigger piece off my weed whacker broke and i was wondering what would be the best way to re-attach it, glue or cold-weld?

Happened to me, too.  Small engine shop said I could not get a replacement part, and mine is a very common brand.

So, I tried epoxy.  Didn't stick to the plastic well.  So, I then screwed the broken parts to the epoxy shim.  Worked for a few hours.  Then, driving around one day, I saw someone throwing out their weedwhacker.  Into the back of the truck, and one hour later, the trash-derived machine donated the needed part.
