Weekend Jobs - 16 ?

Hey!

I'm looking for a weekend job. I'm 16, and I recently had an interview but didn't get the job. I do a paper round at the moment, but I would like some extra money to help with my education.

I'm not entitled to EMA money as my Dad earns more than the maximum, but I'm not going to be taking money from him.

could try a hairdresser's but they dont pay that much

supermarkets,department stores or any other shops

waitress - if you get a good busy restuarant your tips will be great

work at a lesuire centre

try and pick something you will enjoy as you will get more out of it

Try the supermarkets they are always looking for weekend staff.

Paper round and also try going to cafe's and asking there, they will probably need someone that can wash up or help with orders.

Well done girl!  Why not apply for Saturday jobs in a department store you'll get a discount too!

I would probably start looking at the mall. There are so many great jobs at the retail stores. Besides the money they will give you a discount on cute clothes.

At 16 you can apply to work anywhere! supermarkets, pet stores, clothing stores... the list goes on.

I now how hard it is at 16 to find a job =[ spec wen u dont hve gse results until nest week, so u dont have any qualifications to your name.

i have tried also to get a job but no such look!

You've gotta just keep trying everywhere

have a look in the local paper for work many say accept school leavers so apply for things like that
