  1. How many hours? figure out the rate of pay.Oh yea guess what he SHOULD make a he ll of a lot more than you. When you are older you will make much much more.

  2. if you are only 16 and you are not paying no bills and ur father is supporting you that i see no problem. Be thankful you are getting atleast that!!

  3. If that's right?  Right for what?

  4. You are 16....no experience and no education for a high paying job.  YOU DAD SHOULD Make more money...he is older..it is his business and he has earned it!

You are doing well with that...what makes you think you deserve more than minimum wage?

If you want more money...study and get good grades and get an education!  It takes time.  You are very lucky to make that money at 16 with your dad as your boss!

  5. I know you might not think it's fair but consider this, He is probably paying you out of his paycheck and he is also paying the bills. So you should be grateful that he's actually paying you while giving you some valuable work experience. Especially if he's teaching you a trade make sure you really listen and learn because people pay good money to learn these kinds of skills in school and you're getting it for free. Don't take jobs given to you from family members for granted because it's much better than working at a dead end job like at mcdonalds or something.

  6. not bad for a 16 year old

  7. Lol, when I worked for my dad (I was a little younger than 16, but not to much) I didn't get paid anything and if I asked for anything I'd get a lecture on free room and board and pulling my weight in the family.  Anyhow, its your dad, its good experience, and you can work your kids some day too.  To me this is part of growing up.
