Question:

Weekly Vegetarian Meal Plan?

I would like to have a meal plan for myself just to make sure that I keep on good track with my food, and so that I can control what I eat. But I really have no idea about what foods I shoudl be eating to get a good nutrient balance. Does anyone have any advice?

    It lists the vegetarian food groups and tells how many servings to have a day. It also gives examples of serving sizes.

  3. I'm a vegetarian,and I eat whatever I want.

    As long its a fruit,bean, veggie, or made from whole wheat.

    I do like an occasional bag of chips,baked of course,and a dark chocolate bar.

    Lots of green tea,a little coffee, fish,albacore tuna,and of course water.

    As far as weight control,remember, calories still count.

    Not all vegetarians are slim.
