  1. I would go find some woods and dig one up.

  2. I live in Pennsylvania, I ordered mine from the Arbor day foundation www.arborday.org they also send a few free trees with your first order.

  3. Best bet is a mail order nursery. I bought mine  from Gurney's Seed and Nursery. However they won't ship until Spring. In four years it has grown to 18'.

  4. Any good nursery in your area will have them.  Although they are more expensive they are much bigger than those bought through mail order catalogs or online.  Another advantage to buying at a nursery is you can see what you are getting.  This way you can pick the best looking tree you can afford and you don't get stuck with a bad one that comes in the mail.

  5. The best thing to do is to ask a neighbor with a weeping willow tree to get a branch and propogate it with rooting hormone then stick it in the ground. After the first year they are very fast growing, usually 6-10 feet a year until they get up to 30.

Its also possible to buy them on ebay for cheap.
