Weezel James to steer the Bags/Sis Easter Bunny Standard Heat 2 his way at Kinsley
Grade IR The Bags/Sis Easter Bunny Standard Heat 2 is to be held at Kinsley over 462 metres flat on Tuesday, 6th March. Thundering through the race track will be a lineup of six participating in order to get entitled to the £200 prize money.
Strongest competitor on the field today is Weezel James, Kinloch Brae’s two-year-old brindle son out of b***h Malta Magic, after bagging four out of the seven outings that he made during the season.
Weezel James shot off with the season by winning a 462 metres race on 6th January at Kinsley by taking a seven lengths lead and timing the race in 27.89 seconds. Leaping through the wire after the winner was Linwood Sparkler.
Weezel James suffered defeat in the next three races that came his way but they were not miserable by any measure as two of those were decent second positions.
As if avenging for the three miss outs, Weezel James swung back into action to capture the next three races that he took part in, qualifying him for a hat trick.
On 3rd February, he bagged the Grade A3 462 metres Flat at Kinsley after finishing gamely in 28.49 seconds with 1 ¾ lengths in his favour. The 6/4 favourite of the race was soon followed by Up Shot George who was closely being pursued by Ballymac
Yeah.
Taking the wining count to two, Weezel James won a Grade A3 462 metres Flat race on 14th February at Kinsley. He kept the runner up of the race adrift by a length and leaped through the wire in 28.09 seconds. Getting stationed next to the winner
was the 9/4 favourite of the race, Barn Park Molly.
Wonder Girl joined the leading pair beyond the wire after racing for 28.25 seconds.
He grabbed the third race in a row by winning the Grade A2 462 metres Flat at Kinsley on 25th February after dominating the field by timing the distance in 27.60 seconds and leading by 4 ¼ lengths.
Taking up the runner up’s position was Neutral Corner who covered the distance in 27.94 seconds while finishing third was Russanda Loyal.
There are high chances that today Weezel James will get entered as a favourite and will be successful in posting further victories to the hat trick that he already struck.
