Wehn i do a prep in cheerleading my kness turn in, what can i do to change that?

Some people tell me its because i use to sit with my knees like that if you know what i mean. But does anyone know any stretches or any ways i can sit so my knees will not turn in when i bend?

  1. Turn your toes out and roll your feet _slightly_ to the side. If you roll too far, though, your bases will complain that you are standing on your ankles. So do it only so far as you can still keep your feet flat.


  2. do you do this during your load in ? or when youre actually up in the prep ? because if its during your load in .. keep your ankles together & push off the bases shoulders more . that helped me .. but if youre up in the prep . think about it right away & fix it quick .. :P

    & this stretch helped me . if you squat with your feet far apart to the side of your body & push your knees out it tends to help for a while .
