  1. Run but remember this, even muscles can look flabby if they are not toned.  I run and know a lot of runners that do not weight train, they still look flabby even though they are thin.  So, throw in some yoga and the muscles will not bulk up but they will be lean and strong, no flab added.

  3. mmmMm,,,,weird?usually people want some muscle so can shape-up their body a little bit,,yes, when you burn your fat, usually it will turn to b muscle,,,if don't want the fat to be muscle,thEn don't burn it,,,

    just go on fasting(endurE hunger)

    have a try baBe

  4. Try foods with HIGH FIBER but LOW CALORIES! + Exercise!

That's what experts say at http://KillWeight.info

  5. You can't lose weight without burning more calories than you take in, so you need to combine diet and exercise. And you can't burn calories without using your muscles, so any type of exercise will "tone" muscle. You probably want to try aerobic exercises, they don't build muscle the way weightlifting will. And any type of physical activity will burn calories - dancing, gardening, etc. Find something you like to do and you'll be more likely to stick with it!
