Weight Gain. What's better - Whey Proteine or Pure Creatine Monohydrate?

  1. If you have to choose one then protein for sure but creatine is great as well.  Creatine gives you more ATP to work out harder in the gym to help gain muscle but protein is essential to repair the body.


  2. Use both. Creatine & whey before youlift & proteing after. You want to gain you have to eat more calories than you need. Check the link.

  3. you'll need a product with amino acids that let you absorb all the protein in the serving. i know whey protein is great, not sure about creatine. i dont have experience with that :)
