im 13 and ill admit it im fat so i wana loose weight but i dont think what im doing is working so:

How do i get rid of man b***s?

Is Walking/running up 39 flieghts of stairs thru Mon-Sat enough exsersize + rugby and Skateboarding?

And my dads fat too and no to be mean but i dont really care but we dont eat what you would call healthy food is there anyway i can like eat that food but no so much???

HELP????!?!??

  2. well, first

    you shouldn't drink soda, or hawaiian punch or most juices like that, only if its 100% juice (it says it on the bottle) those other juices are just as effective as soda (has almost as much sugar) drink lots of auga!! (thats water)

    and

    you should do some other excercises not just one

    go walking around your neighborhood for a bit

    but your supposed to get your heart beating fast

    because that means you can burn fat faster
