im 13 and ill admit it im fat so i wana loose weight but i dont think what im doing is working so:How do i get rid of man b***s?Is Walking/running up 39 flieghts of stairs thru Mon-Sat enough exsersize + rugby and Skateboarding?And my dads fat too and no to be mean but i dont really care but we dont eat what you would call healthy food is there anyway i can like eat that food but no so much???HELP????!?!??p.s im a dude
