Weight Issues -Teenage Girl - Please Help ?

I am in my mid-teens. I am 5 foot 5 inches and weight a whooping 11 stone 9 ounces. I feel as though no clothes fit me properly and i haven't had a boyfriend yet. I do like someone who always goes for the skinny girls. I want to lose weight but am unsure how to. Please help :) Thank you !

  2. eat healthy. Don't go for one of those prepackaged diet things, they never work. Just make sure to drink lots of water, cut back on cokes and coffee. Also, eat lots of vegetables and meat, instead of bread and chips. If you want to lose weight fast, try running at least 2 miles a day (it may take you a while to work up to that if you're not a runner, but that's okay), and do crunches at night (not in the morning, because you may pass out from so much activity and no food in your stomach)

    i dunno how old you are but as you grow taller your weight will even out and i dont think you need to worry about it

  5. Okay, so the first person who replyed said to diet.

    NEVER diet. People think it is good and it isn't. You actually gain weight when you diet because your body makes up BODY FAT to keep you alive. The best think to do is to eat a good filling breakfast like toast or cereal. Then for lunch, eat something like a salad ( as you will be full from breakie) and for tea, something like pasta. For snacks in between the day, try eating fruit.

    Then exercise for about 60 minutes a day.
