  1. You have to determine for yourself the correct weight to use.Don't let what someone else lifts influence you. With whatever weight you can do ten repetitions and no more is the right one. After you've done ten reps, take a weight ten pounds heavier and do as many reps as you can.Keep increasing the weight for each set until you can't move your arms anymore. When you can do ten reps on the second set then increase the weight on the first set.Do this everyday and your arms will get huge. There are several different exercises for the arms.Do as many as you can. Also checkout an old bodybuilder named Larry Scott. He was famous for his big arms.Learn his techniques. And don't listen to the guy who says lifting will make you shorter.Lifting makes you taller if by no other way than helping your posture.

  2. You should start on 22 because if you start now,you will become shorter. You can start with the lightest first.

  3. you should at least do about 10-20 with one arm you know you could do both arms also
