I am 17 years old and I am beginning to lift weights.I weigh 160-170, and I want to weigh at least 180-200 I was just wanting to know When I lift weight with Dumbbells how much should I be able to lift with one arm? Im wanting to just look bigger so I need to know how much I could lift, to help me reach my goal of getting bigger. Please help any answer will be fine as long as it can help me get bigger.
