Weight Lifting and Swimming Schedule?

I consider myself a weightlifter, I was wanted to start swimming. I weightlift 4-5 times a week alternating between lower body and upper body and was wondering when I should put in swimming. I would normally run, but I have found I enjoy swimming more, should i dedicate a day to swimming in between workouts or should I swim before or after I lift weights. I am still trying to build muscle.

  1. lotsa reps dont worry about bulk work on that core the bulk will come, swim after lifting its like an unwinding for your body............
