Question:

Weight Lifting?

I've been weightlifting for about 5and a half months now. I took it as a class. I only weight 115 lbs so I wasn't no bodybuilder to begin with and I only started out small. All my friends made fun of me alot (not personal, just messing around) and stuff but by the end of the year my one rep max was 140. And they still joke around and such. I thought it was okay because I did more than my weight. Am I weak or were my friends just really strong?

  1. I have the perfect solution for you!  I was in your shoes as a freshman.  What you are doin is impressive, but I found a system (granted, it cost money) that really works!

    It is found at

It really does work, and, considering I played college football (albeit for a D-2 school) it is great product!

  2. there just stronger for now

  3. keep lifting, youre just a small guy. but i've seen guys your size that can lift more so dont get cocky about it. s***w em if they give you a hard time...its what people do.

  4. Just keep weight lifting, it's good for your health, and one day maybe you'll be able to lift more than your friends.

  5. no thats way good if you can do more than your weight. its actually really impressive
