Weight Losing Question!?

I am trying to lose weight. Does anyone have any idea of how my breakfast, lunch, dinner,and snacks look like? Oh and what fluids should I drink. Regarding that you don't have to tell me to lay of on pop and soft drinks cuz I HATE pop and soft dirnks.

  1. Have GoLean or Fiber One for breakfaSt with a good piece of bread Have some lowfat or soy milk.  Drink juices and water the rest of the day. For a snack have a Golean or Fiber One bar. Also fruits and veggies are good. For lunch soy burger and veggies. Dinner a salad.


  2. i would try a meal plan like this.

    breakfast - piece of fruit, toast (whole grain) and an egg and water

    lunch - piece of lean chicken, or a wrap (lean lunch meat and vegetables) and a glass of milk

    Dinner- piece of fish, try tilapi with diced  tomatos on top.  

    Snack - An apple or anoter kind of fruit

    these are just some suggestions to help you come up with some ideas of your own, hope it helped
