I am 16 years old, and 5'7", 190 lbs.
I do not look overweight, since i carry a good amount of weight in my chest (38DD) but I do have a stomach and have started to gain weight in my thighs. I am considered obese through my BMI and partially for my health, and partially for looks. I am going to start dieting.
I am contemplating joining weight watchers, but I would like to hear about others experience with the program.
Any other advice would be greatly appreciated :]
