i'm 13, and i'm not exactly fat, i just NEED to lose some weight, and i have school starting soon, and i don't feel like carrying around a bunch of c**p that will make it obvious that i need to lose weight, and with winter coming in a couple months, i dunno what do to. i ding dong ditch alot. that gets my heart pumping, i live on a huge hill, i ride me bike all the time! i watch what i eat, someone please help me!
