Ok So i am trying to lose weight because im 5'8 160 pounds. but everything i try wont work. I have tried eating less and exercising like for 2 hours outside playing basketball and taking walks but nothing works.can anyone help me for this? givve me a plan to lose at least three pounds in like 3 weeks. big help would be appreciated* p.s if you wanna know how old i am im 13
