  1. I promise you that if you keep up what you're doing you WILL eventually see results. It takes awhile, but all that work will pay off. Exercising makes you feel happier in general once you get used to it anyway!

In regard to the answer about losing weight without exercise, I wouldn't recommend trying that site. I've done detox diets before and while they do work, it's horribly hard because you're usually eating very little, and the weight comes RIGHT back on. So unless you're planning on not eating much or well your whole life...

Exercise however builds to the point where you'll feel good, look good, and your metabolism will eventually pick up enough where you'll probably be able to eat semi-normal.

Three miles a day is impressive, you should be proud! If you really are feeling out of it one day it won't hurt to run one or two miles instead now and then, but just keep consistent.

Think about it, if you end up stopping you'll look back in a month and realize you'd be that much closer to where you wanted to be had you not.

I've done that before and its an ick feeling. Good luck to you!

  3. You need to exercise and eat healthy for at least a month before you are going to see results especially if you are trying to tone up. You need to give it more time.

  4. It some cases, depending on your body type and makeup, it can take months to see results. So just keep working hard and hopefully you will see results asap.
