Weight Watchers Recipes?

Does anyone have any good weight watcher's recipes that they enjoy? Or simply anything healthy and yummy to cook. I'm running out of ideas. I'm from TX so please no foreign foods.

  1. One of my favorites are the:

    Chicken, Cheddar and Apple Wraps

    5 t Dijon mustard

    1 T honey

    romaine lettuce leaves ( it calls for iceburg but what's the benefit? )

    2 ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese ( cut into 12 strips )

    1/2 pound thinly sliced cooked chicken breast - I like the fajita chicken best)

    1 apple sliced into 16 slices

    4 8 inch fat free flour tortillas

    freshly ground salt & pepper to taste

    combine mustard and honey

    layer lettuce, 3 cheese strips, 1/4 of the chicken and 4 apple slices on each tortilla - sprinkle with salt & pepper - drizzle each with 2 t of the honey/mustard

    This is something quick and good during the summer because it's light and I'm usually using left over chicken that I had cooked on the grill for another meal.

  3. Firstly, when you say no foreign foods... our weight watchers recipes here in Australia use a lot of different influences, from asian, european etc...

    anyway, the weight watchers website is good. You could even look up ours as it will have some different ideas than yours!
