if i eat once a day and drink water for hunger, will i lose weight fast??

    you WILL pass out trust me

    try exercising more or building up muscle

    for proportions on food

    each meal should be the size of you r hands cupped together no more no less this wont make you gain it wont make you loss but if u eat right and exercise the weight will drop

  2. You will lose a considerable amount of weight initially . Mostly all water.  However you will put it back on as fast as it came off.  Additionally you put yourself at risk from improper nutrition.  I would like to suggest for permanent weight loss you combine exercise with 3 balanced meals per day.
