Weight and running?

im 5ft tall and weigh 47 kilos.i run 5kms 5 days a week.will slimming down a bit help me be a better runner?im a 26 year old female.

  1. okay i run too,and i know that if you are overweight you probably need to lose it a little,it makes it easy to carry your body while running unless you have a lot of muscles.And if you are losing weight don't just skip meals,go on a heathly diet.make sure you drink lots of water.water also help control your eating promblem.

  3. 5 km in 5 days?? omg im 14 and i ran 10 miles every 2 days or 5 miles a day. My track coached pushed me to the limit and you can to!! think about how much longer u will live with all that great exersize!! you are a WINNER! we all are WINNERS!!!! so get out there and show the world what your made of!!!
