16 f aussie 170cm 70kg wanna get dwn to 60kg i play sport n walk n sk8 heaps anythin else i can like dieting is it true u shouldnt eat after 6pm cause ur body cnt use the energy or smthing i dunno so any advive at all like experiences ohh yeah wanna get a 6 pac to like swear the scales r wrong but ther not i so dnt look 70kg cause its like muscle weight hmmm so any1 can help me with ideas n stuff or any excercises to get a 6 packeyy thankx heaps
