16 f aussie 170cm 70kg wanna get dwn to 60kg i play sport n walk n sk8 heaps anythin else i can like dieting is it true u shouldnt eat after 6pm cause ur body cnt use the energy or smthing i dunno so any advive at all like experiences

ohh yeah wanna get a 6 pac to like swear the scales r wrong but ther not i so dnt look 70kg cause its like muscle weight hmmm so any1 can help me with ideas n stuff or any excercises to get a 6 packeyy thankx heaps

  1. usually you sleep at night so your body would slow down the speed of processing energy etc.

    Dont eat at night,  just take vitamins


  2. You can eat after 6. I've heard of not eating 2 hours before you go to bed. It's not that your body doesnt digest the food, its just that it is using up energy that should be used to work on the problem areas of your body. In other words; nighttime, when you sleep, is your body's way of catching up and repairing, but if it's using up energy to try to digest food instead of using it to repair, its just a waste of time for your body.

    The excercising is great, keep it up. Also, maybe try cutting out dairy products and pop. If you're feeling really motivated, try kicking out the meat. Your body will detox for like 2 weeks and then you'll start seeing a difference.
